If you have not yet sign in, Click Here to log into your account
Once you've clicked "Manage Auto Upgrades" under the Actions section, you can then change the settings on auto upgrades
By clicking the down arrow on the drop-box, you have three options. Disable Auto Upgrades, Upgrade to the latest version available (Major or Minor) and Upgrade to Minor versions only
Next, there are 2 options, enabling or disabling "Auto Upgrade Pluging and Themes". Click [Confirm] when finished
