If you have not yet set up cPanel, Click Here to log in
In your Tools menu, go to the Metrics section, then click "Bandwidth"
All of your bandwidth usage is recorded here, this includes your websites, mail and may also include FTP bandwidth if its enabled (admin required)
Clicking this link will update your timezone to where you are located, no further action is required
